The SALLT Signature Cohort is an eight-month relational journey focused on personal transformation and collective impact. This leadership experience is designed to unite diverse like-minded leaders in our city with a shared vision, vocabulary, and tools that lead to Kingdom-focused change for good.

KEY INFORMATION

Investment:

Cohort Tuition: $3,300 (early bird pricing available $2,500 through March 31)

Frequency: Our Signature Cohort year runs from September-April (8 months).

• Retreat is generally a weekend in September.

• Followed by a Welcome Dinner with Alumni and spouses.

• Classes are one day a month (Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm-ish) starting in October and running through April.

• Followed by Graduation at our Illumination event in April.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We begin with a retreat that is designed to help awaken you to the unchanging God, and His call on your life. The rest of the year, we equip you grow as a leader sent to be part of the solution to the challenges of your city. We know you have spent a lifetime growing to where you are and want to help you bloom where you are already planted.

We want to help you leverage your influence so that you fulfill and step into all God is willing to do through you.

In addition to the transformational leadership curriculum, our Signature classes include the following benefits:

• Diverse Community: SALLT classes include leaders from all different walks of life. Our class members are able to grow in relationships with like-minded Kingdom leaders who are focused on leading like Jesus and fulfilling their God-given purpose in life.

• Prayer Partners: SALLT classes create opportunities for close relationships and community because we intentionally pair class members to be prayer partners based on their age and stage of life.

• Intercession: In every SALLT Class, Intercessors are present to offer prayer and spiritual guidance to any class member in need.

• A Few Things You Are Guaranteed to Experience: Close friendships with leaders from - every sector and section of our city, seeing our community through the eyes and stories of people, receiving clarity around Jesus’ vision for a flourishing city, connecting to a network of people changing themselves and changing our city, and gratitude for the power of the platform you already have.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

SALLT Signature Cohort is tailored to leaders who are wanting to experience the Leadership Program in its entirety. This diverse cohort is made up of like-minded leaders who often have a broad impact and are focused on building a Christ-centered legacy.

Our Signature Cohort includes people from all spheres of influence; whether they are executives in the marketplace, government leaders, or creatives who shape culture through entertainment and arts. We are committed to helping Kingdom leaders be the salt and light in their city.
