Our team recently had the opportunity to participate in a SALLT in the Workplace workshop on leadership development and the 5 Voices. It was a valuable experience that not only helped us better understand our own leadership styles, but also gave us practical tools to communicate more effectively as a team.
The workshop helped us see not only our own strengths but also how each person’s voice shows up in the team. It gave us language to better understand one another, which has led to clearer communication, better teamwork, and a greater respect for the different ways we each contribute.
