Goal One

To develop an Executive Committee, a core group of community leaders who seek to be salt and light, Christian men and women of influence, working together to address relevant community issues and pursuing Biblical solutions.

Goal Two

With the guidance of the Executive Committee, build a support network of additional “salt and light” Christian present and future leaders to encourage, motivate, relate to, mentor and hold accountable one another as they pursue Biblical solutions to community problems.

Goal Three

To establish and maintain ongoing educational programs and discussion forums that help these leaders understand God’s calling on their lives, His methods of engaging life (Biblical worldview) and how these leaders can be strategic in their calling.

Goal Four

To provide community access to major thinkers on such topics as influence and cultivate the community toward being “Salt and Light” places in which to live.
